Pokemon Yellow is the 2nd Pokemon game to be released (the first being Pokemon Red) and in this version you follow in Ash's footsteps, starting with a Pikachu, catching a Snorlax, defeating Team Rocket and gradually getting all three Kanto starting Pokemon, Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur. One difference is that you do not have companions in this game.
